Slovakia

A company producing cable products for the automotive industry
industry (VW, MERSEDES, MAN, PORSCHE)

Schedule:
Three shifts, 8 hours (30 min break)
• first week 06:00-14:00 (Monday-Friday)
• second week 14:00-22:00 (Monday-Friday)
• third week 22:00-06:00 (Sunday-Friday)
• If necessary for production purposes – additionally. hours (12-hour shifts),
to add. changes.
• Average number of hours - is 180 hours per month.

Basic requirements for the employee:
• Willingness to work three shifts, night shifts, additionally. hours, changes
• Readiness to work manually (fine motor skills)
• Willingness to work standing
• Willingness to learn during production

Remuneration:
• starting rate: €4.50/hour
• after 3 months of work: €4.65/hour
• after 6 months of work: €4.80/hour
• after 9 months of work: €5.00/hour
• Bonus for a completed calendar year up to €700

Wage payment procedure:
• Salaries are paid in the last week of the current month, a
previous month worked (cash/Slovak bank account)

• After working for the first 2 weeks – advance payment of €50 (issued in cash
on Fridays)

HOLIDAYS:
• Summer – 14 days
• Winter – 14 days

Accommodation:
• Dormitory (2-3 people per room), married couples live separately (75€/month)

Additional conditions:
• Transport to the workplace is provided free of charge by company buses.
• Work clothes (your own for the first 2 weeks) are provided by the employer.
• Food – canteen at the plant. cost of the lunch set €4.10 (50% of the cost is covered by the employer. The actual cost of 1 lunch for an employee is €2.05)

The permit is issued for one year.
The visa will be issued for 3 months.
Upon arrival, 25-30 days later, they receive a residence permit for 2 years
The company is sending a request to the consulate to expedite the visa visit date.
The waiting time for issuing a permit is 14 days
The necessary documents are issued together with the permit
Employee age up to 50 years
English at a communicative level

The visa application must be accompanied by a certificate of good conduct and its translation into Slovak by an expert translator.
